Toodles Terms & Conditions

General

By downloading or using the Toodles app (hereinafter referred to as "the app"), you agree to these terms and conditions, which automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. Attempting to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions is also prohibited. All rights, including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app, are owned by trevware.

Trevware is dedicated to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will always make it clear to you exactly what you are paying for if we decide to charge for the app or its services.

Personal Data and Security

The Toodles app stores and processes data solely on device to provide our service. No data is shared with third parties. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this can make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and cause the app to malfunction.

Third-Party Services

The app does not currently use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

Internet Connection and Charges

Certain functions of the app may require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Trevware cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.

If you are using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, please be aware that your mobile network provider's terms and conditions will apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app or other third-party charges. You accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Device Responsibility

Trevware cannot take responsibility for the way you use the app. You need to ensure that your device stays charged; if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to avail the service, trevware cannot accept responsibility.

Updates and Termination

We strive to keep the app updated and correct at all times. However, trevware accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the app.

We may update the app periodically. The app is currently available on iOS only. The requirements for iOS (and any additional systems we may extend the app to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Trevware does not guarantee that it will always update the app to be relevant to you and/or compatible with the iOS version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also stop providing the app and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if necessary.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
