Flare

Product Manager, Data Intelligence and Experience · 02/2024 to present

• Own Flare's Cyber Threat Intelligence module, taken from 0-to-1 through GA in six months and still shipping: strategy, roadmap, pricing and packaging, and hands-on delivery across engineering, data, and go-to-market. Generated more than twice the initial pipeline of any prior commercial launch in Flare's history.
• Shipped the module's AI capabilities (Threat Actor Profiles, Dark Web Analysis, and Threat Intelligence), combining LLM summarization, entity extraction, and classification over unstructured dark web content. Flare-native IOCs integrate with any ingesting platform, including MISP and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Gate AI capability releases on eval results and an analyst review loop, working with Flare's data scientist on golden datasets and the quality bar.
• Built a working prototype that converts open-source threat intelligence into actionable IOCs, filterable by sector, industry, and geography with context-aware news enrichment. Now in internal review and on track to be built. Currently building a competitive intelligence tracker for go-to-market.
• Code each experimental capability end to end as a working web app using AI, then partner with Flare's Agentic Platform team to take the survivors to production. Validate through customer interviews before committing engineering time, including a documentation-tooling prototype I cut after identifying a better existing channel for the need.

Valnet

Product Lead, Platform Data and Analytics · 02/2022 to 02/2024

• Built and shipped Omnitool, a Streamlit web app giving content delivery teams brand-specific productivity tools, each with its own pipeline, data requirements, and API integrations. Adopted by teams across all 25 of Valnet's brands, eliminating hours of manual work per team each week. Drove it 0-to-1: synthesized user feedback in JIRA, wireframed in Figma, then delivered with engineering.
• Led the migration to Coda as Valnet's internal documentation platform, reaching company-wide adoption and standardizing brand-specific documentation.
• Built and maintained Python services to extract, parse, and analyze Google Search data, feeding long-term content strategy.

Hopper

Product Operations, Business Intelligence · 09/2020 to 02/2022

• Led the analytics function for Customer Success, managing three analysts and owning the vision, data quality, and availability of the analytics suite.
• Engineered ETL pipelines from B2B platform APIs into BigQuery, including a workforce-management integration that surfaced agent productivity insights.
• Launched a Tableau dashboard suite for teams across Customer Success, and established a Dashboard Design Language to keep aesthetics and functionality consistent across it.

Project Manager, Air Revenue · 04/2019 to 09/2020

• Refined Hopper's product experiment workflow, cutting validation cycles from weeks to days for Price Freeze, Cancellation Protection, and Carrot Cash, all of which shipped into the app.
• Launched SMS as a marketing channel and testbed for selling airline ancillary products, reaching thousands of users monthly.

• Configured Zendesk as our primary CRM across all inbound channels, including our first integrations with phone and chat support options.
• Coordinated with product stakeholders to ensure new in-app features were tightly integrated within the Zendesk environment and that agents had the knowledge to deliver appropriate levels of support.
• Drove operational improvements to increase agent efficiency, including an implementation of personalized work lanes tailored to each agent's unique strengths and capabilities.

• Troubleshooting and repair across Mac and iOS for hundreds of customers, plus one-on-one and group training for Canadian businesses adopting Apple's ecosystem. Achieved the highest store-wide NPS in a team of 150+ employees.

• Obsidian Sidebar Highlights: open-source Obsidian plugin built in TypeScript. 37K+ downloads, 160+ GitHub stars.
• Toodles: task manager built in public and shipped three months after its first showcase, with the roadmap driven by user feedback. 1K+ installs in two weeks, peaked at #181 on US Free Productivity, featured on the US App Store, ~5% IAP conversion on Toodles Pro.
